Cantina Mexico — Restaurant in City Centre

I frequent Cabo a couple times a year and I'm always on the look out for new places. (as the novelty of Cabo Wabo wears off quite quickly). I was heading over to Uno Mas and serendipitously came across Cantina Mexico. (well, in reality, I came across a pretty girl happened to be sitting in the outdoor area of Cantina Mexico). Anyways, I decided to check it out and was super impressed. Firstly, it's NBA playoff season and I was able to get my dose of LeBron dominating the Celtics. Secondly, I was pleased to find the overall atmosphere very polished and pretty (ok, the prettiness was swayed a bit by the girl who was sitting outside). Lastly, when it came to food and drink the place was top-notch. I've had far too many encounters with food poisoning (or food that tastes like poison) and Cantina Mexico had all of the good stuff that authentic Mexican food has to offer, without any of the "I think I'm going to have to hang-out in the bathroom for the rest of the night" type of Mexican food. Great clean restaurant with delicious food at a fair price, Mariano was our server and he was fantastic!
