These guys are really good. My father is a retired physician and got an infection while down here in Cabo. He had IV antibiotics at the Emergency room in Cabo and was planning on going home the following day to continue the IV antibiotic treatment.

Unfortunately he wasn't feeling up to flying, so I called the hospital to see if he could continue his IV antibiotics there. They wanted him to come back and go through the ER again (just like in the US, extra unnecessary charges). I called Mobile IV Therapy and even though it looks like the bulk of their business is treating hangovers and food poisoning (from the reviews), the doctor who owns the business was very patient and helpful as we figured out a week long 3x a day infusion plan at the location my father was staying. He's older and has very difficult veins. I've watched numerous nurses and anesthesiologists take multiple times to get an IV started in the past decade. The nurse that came was able to get the IV going on the first shot initially (the second time took 3 and the third time was again on the first try). He's really good.

What a awesome service!! I woke at 2am extremely sick, my situation was caused by bad shellfish… I was horribly I’ll from 2 to 6 when I was able to reach out to Cabo IV. I was a little worried about experience level, i was thinking it was just a “regular guy” that would be coming to administer, but I was so sick I was willing to take the chance. I was so surprised when the DOCTOR arrived who is also a cardiac specialist… he gave me a quick check up and admisimstered to seperate IV BAGS, i was extremely dehydrated from vomiting and bad diarrhea…. Within 30 min I was feeling 125% better . Prior to his arrival I was asking my wife to rebook our departure as there was no way I could go to airport and then a long flight…. Long story short I was out of bed feeling so much better within short time frame and we were able to keep our original travel plans.

I did try to call all three places Listed, this was only company with a reply, at 6 am, they answered the phone and came within 30 min🙏🙏🙏🙏
