We went for dinner. My beverage was a great let down. It was described as the most popular in Vienna. Well it had a flower and tons of ice and it had hardly any flavour. It was like soda water in a nice tall cocktail glass The meals were insufficient for an adult. We are NOT large heavy people. But we left hungry. The meals are served with the style of a chef, with sauces and little dots of another sauce and veggies cut in a flower shape to fill in empty spaces. My husband’s dish had a small size of beef on risotto, a cherry tomato, a small carrot piece, an asparagus on the top, a thick sauce one one side, the little dots of another sauce ( what can anyone do to that? Leak the plate?) a piece of carrot and another one of broccoli. Some herbs on the top and an elaborate net made off wheat flour and something that turns it black. That mainly-veggie-dish is not enough for a man. I had a combo fish , shrimp and chicken dish. The fish and chicken had skin. Not cool. The shrimps were not fully pealed. Not cool. I got a huge piece of bell pepper, one small piece of broccoli and another one of cauliflower with the sauces and the asparagus. My finger touched the black sauce and it stained under my fingernail.

Yes both plates “looked good”. Yes the building is nice, yes there are nice set tables, dishes, cutlery and friendly staff very attentive. But the food is a joke. When we left my husband said, let’s go for dinner ( half joke as we don’t abuse food) but we both commented of how insufficient were both plates. Oh! I gave my husband my small chicken portion as I think my dish had more food than his.

The waiters are trained to push for you to have desserts. Well I can see how many people would need them to have a feeling of satisfaction. We very seldom have desserts and we wouldn’t ordered anything else there

By the way my husband is German. We are much...

OVERPRICED, HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MISERABLE DINNER. Horrible experience PLEASE go somewhere else. We had reservations for 9pm on Valentine's day. We showed up and find out it was a fixed menu which no one had mentioned to us when making the reservations and we were forced to pay high American prices for a restaurant in Mexico where the service was horrible, the portions were tiny and we were constantly harassed by people walking by. They seated us at a table that was not set then we waited 20 min for them to come to ask for our drink order. Then when we finally got our food the portions were tiny. I ate the whole appetizer in one bite and the scallop dish only had 3 scallops. Even cut in half that is 6 bites for your main course and close to $100USD. The waiter was rude and the staff was constantly reaching over you to place a piece of silverware or whatever else they forgot to put on the table. However, when a stray dog came up and tried to eat from our table our wait staff was no where to be found and I spent 5 minutes of my meal fending off a dog. After finishing our meal we asked for our dessert which was included with the meal and waited. After about 5 minutes we heard the table behind us order their dessert, after another 10 minutes their dessert came out and we asked the waiter where ours was and after another 5 minutes our desserts came out that were disappointing to say the least. During the meal we had no less than 5 random street people come up and try to sell us things, interrupting our meal, and most of them came by at least 3 times and the staff didn't...

We have come here for mostly breakfast for many years and it was our favorite restaurant, food-and service wise. Then ownership changed and we were still happy. However, not for long. Initially the servers Julia and Enrique were lovely but they are gone now. Every time we come there is someone new, and sadly with every change it seems, more incompetent. Today was the worst. It took forever to get anyone's attention. I asked for my water "no ice please", even in Spanish, and what do I get? A glass full of ice and none of the lime I asked for. We sat forever (group of 5) and people arriving after us were served before us. We had to ask for bread twice and it took at least another 10 minutes (after waiting already 20 minutes) to arrive. The usual butter and jam NEVER was served. The staff just does not seem to care. The waitress spilled my son's coffee and did not even offer a napkin to mop it up. The food also seems on the decline with every time we are coming here. At the time of management change the chef continued to serve the beans in this delicious pastry cup. My absolute favorite! It also made the plate look special and it was something out of the ordinary and just a lovely presentation. That has disappeared and an every time now the portion of beans gets smaller and slapped on the plate. All the charm, the attentive service and the feeling of 'being a welcomed guest" is getting worse with every visit. I am afraid we are done coming here and it feels like a great and...

We have had some really wonderful meals in Puerto Vallarta but this is on another level. We loved everything from start to finish. We appreciated the classy yet comfortable interior (definitely felt upscale but not pretentious), the kind and friendly staff, the soft classical music, and the variety offered on the menu. Our waiter has been at the restaurant for 28 years and his service really reflected his expertise. He had great recommendations for us. We chose the crab cake as an appetizer and from the first bite we knew it was going to be an amazing meal. I don’t even have the words to describe it but it was light, with the perfect texture, and the most amazing combination of flavors. Wow. There were 4 of us and each of us loved our entrees too. My filet minon was the best I’ve had, and it came with delicious sauce and vegetables. Prices were very reasonable given the quality. Highly recommend, and we will most definitely be back.

Don’t get me wrong, we love Mexican cuisine, but after four days straight of incredible Mexican food, we were ready for a break in the trend. We stumbled upon this gem as we bopped around la zona romantica. Every single dish was absolutely amazing. The presentation was flawless and the service was impeccable. Our server Luis took great care of us. The wine and beer selection was vast. We got the three beef entrees. And the cabbage soup as well as the garlic soup. We all agreed to try to save room for dessert but we were way too full to even consider that by the end. We will absolutely be telling our friends about this place, as we will remember it forever.
