We went here the first morning of our trip to Puerto Vallarta and loved it so much that we came back for another breakfast before returning home. After having visited PV for many years I recently learned about Casa Nicole, recommended to me by fellow travelers. We were greeted and welcomed upon arrival and the wait on a busy Saturday morning was reasonable. Our server, Angel, promptly took our drink orders which arrived swiftly despite the busy service. We declined the Pan Dulce offered to start, as we weren't very hungry. Although everything on the menu looked tempting, I opted for a bowl of oatmeal with fruit while my partner enjoyed the flavorful Egg Nicole dish made with Mexican chorizo, onions, tomatoes, and chillies I believe.
