Cosmos Coffee & Juice — Restaurant in Mexico City

Update: Returned here on December 15 at 1:30 to try the place a second time based on owner’s reply below and took a friend with me. Same guy was there, and he was rude to my friend and I from the beginning. I ordered an interstellar without cheese. We waited about 20 minutes until we realized that the order was complete and he did not bother to let us know. My sandwich arrived with cheese. My Mexican friend went to tell him it was supposed to be without cheese but the guy said I didn’t say that even though my friend witnessed me ask for it in Spanish. I then returned the sandwich and asked for it without cheese and he said he will have to charge me for it again. I asked for the manager’s WhatsApp and he said he will not give me the number because of my Google review. I left, but my friend ended up picking up the sandwich for himself. Would definitely not recommend this place at all.

Food is delicious here and so is the juice. So I’m sad to write this review but hygiene and cleanliness is not good. When I came to order my food the guy was sitting outside smoking and then to make my sandwich he had to crawl on his hands and feet under the counter to get back inside. But then he didn’t wash his hands and continued to touch the bread and other ingredients around...

I love this place so much. The coffee is absolutely amazing. The juices are so great as well. Each time I have been there, regardless of who is working I always receive a great product and wonderful service. They also have beans available for purchase which are great for my coffee at home!
