I’ve been living in Aldea Zama for a few months now and constantly keep tabs on what new spots pop up within walking distance—especially for brunch. This one showed up with solid reviews and a strong rating, so I decided to give it a shot.
Glad I did.
This place is officially on my regular rotation. Not only was the food excellent across the board—price, portion, flavor, quality—but the service was just as dialed. Diego Alejandro was our server, and he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Dude was on point.
I had the arrachera quesadilla, my girlfriend had the chilaquiles, and both were next-level. Easily one of the best quesadillas I’ve had in Tulum—and I’ve been here 3 years, so I’ve sampled more than a few. The fresh-squeezed orange juice? Legit.
If you’re visiting, live nearby, or just hungry and within range—go. You won’t regret it. I’ll be back...
