Incredible food! Went to this place for a family dinner and everyone left happy and couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the dishes were.

Ambiance: Intimate place, everything you can expect from a Tulum restaurant, family style with lots of smiles, laughs and love, great music, open kitchen that allows everyone to see where the magic happens.

Service: Friendly, knowledgeable, overall excellent, everyone knows the details, they took the time to explain the concept of each dish, why each ingredient and make recommendations.

The Food: saving the best for the last!

Drinks: great selection of made to order (fresh is always best) drinks, mocktails options that will blow your mind. All made with local fresh ingredients.

Food: We tried a variety of their dishes, everything is made to order and you can appreciate the passion and dedication of Chef Joselyn, she thinks about every detail, the presentation of the dishes is beautiful, but also each little detail hides the best flavors that will make each bite unforgettable.

Their food are the classics from the region elevated with a fearless drive to innovate with flavors and ingredients, the team at Gaiad loves their food and it shows, most importantly it tastes!

Our hotel guide recommended this place to us. I thought it was incredible that everyone rated it 5 stars so I thought it must be really good.

The place was quiet when we went (a Saturday evening), no one was there before us or after us. It looks like it is a converted garage if you look at the details closely. But they decorated and painted it really nicely.

Our waitress recommended the aguachile with shrimp and pumpkin blossoms and the beef tacos. So we tried those two and the catch of the day, which was a white fish that tasted similar to salmon with a pumpkin puree.

I was not really impressed with the food, I had high expectations when everyone gave it 5 stars. The food was unique, but not weird or unusual in anyway. I don't think we ordered the wrong things, we just weren't impressed.

The positive was the waitress was not shy with the alcohol in our drinks (although the cocktails are not listed, they can make most of the classics.) And there is...

No doubt one of the best meals I’ve ever had. By far the best in Tulum, and the best out of all the places we visited during our two week trip in Mexico. Every single dish is an out-of-this-world experience, creating a brand new explosion of flavours in your mouth.

The service is excellent, we felt right at home, we got to know the history behind every dish, every ingredient, every flavour. Each ingredient was carefully chosen to guarantee freshness, presenting modern, innovative flavour with in-season ingredients

We left the restaurant feeling ecstatic, and we’re already planning on coming back to try the breakfast tomorrow, as well as another dinner (at least)...
