Girasoles — Restaurant in San Miguel de Cozumel

We used to go here 3 to 4 times a week. However, we had a very uncomfortable situation with one of the dishes. It had a funny smell, and we told the waitress to check it and also see what could be done. After the whole kitchen put their nose on the dish. She came back and said that everything was OK and they had checked it. The only way to know this was bad it was through the nose. She refused to exchange the dish, and if we wanted something else, we would have to pay for it. I was very surprised. Because as I said. We used to go there 3 to 4 times a week. Amazing service, absolutely delish food, fair prices. Carlos was a great server and payed attention to our every need. I’ve been dying for an iced coffee and he made me a special ordered iced caramel macchiato. Not too sweet and great tasting coffee.

My father was craving two eggs over medium with bacon and Carlos did him such a huge favor with it even though it wasn’t technically on the menu. My father said his eggs were cooked PERFECTLY.

My mother absolutely adored the decor and toon so many pictures.

Wonderful restaurant in Cozumel. Great drinks, try the Cucumber Smoothie or Lemonade. Had Chicken Enchiladas and Yucatan Pork Chops. Fabolous! Jesus was our waiter, he was awesome. Air conditioner and really clean restrooms.

Came back: January 4, 2023. And again, amazing food and excellent service. I recommend 💯
