there was a shot lady who made me record my whole family getting groped during shots. i was in complete shock, she asked me to record and she was being super pushy i had no clue what she was gonna do. looking back i wish i took it as a sign.

i came with my family, we were coming from cruise and didn’t care much for the party atmosphere but my stepdad wanted us to have a good experience and to get something to eat before getting back on the cruise ship.

so he ordered some shots and without any time to explain that some of us didn’t want any the lady practically shoved the shot in your face and gropes you. my mom didn’t want a shot and definitely did not want to be groped. it was a traumatizing day to say the least. it was my stepdads fault for not asking us if we wanted the shot, but the restaurant for the LITERAL GROPING.

had we known she was gonna do that we never would’ve came here. it was practically the only place to eat near the cruise port, we just wanted something to eat. i haven’t seen many people mention this so… forewarning DONT...

Firstly this is literally a mexican McDonalds. The chips are exactly the same. The burrito is dreadul the most processed food I've had in Mexico - can get better food to go from 7/11. Finally, thanks so much for the reminder that I can add a tip - like I wasnt already aware of this with every other restaurant shoving this in my face across Cozumel. If I say 10% then accept I am offering 10%. Tips are not a legal requirement. Do not follow up saying that I could also offer 15, 20, 25%. It is up to your employer to pay you well, not me as a customer, already being overcharged for dreadful food. Very disappointed and will not be visiting another...

Pretty much what I expected for this place. Quality food yet a little more expensive than other places as you are paying for the name. It was dead when I was in there, yet it is still covid so places are slower than they have been before. The server was attentive at first yet he didn't bring me a drink menu until I asked after I had my food. It was also hard to get his attention at times even though it wasn't busy.. And when here, you know you need to order the big drink. Would recommend for the experience and to check it off, yet would not...
