Encantada Tulum Restaurant — Restaurant in Tulum

The night before I had lunch here I ate at Nu across the street and was told this was run by the same chef so I had to try it for lunch the next day. It didn’t disappoint and you could tell the chef was the same by some of the flavors and execution. The sou chef I saw the night before came out and said hi. The whole Encantada group is really the best service I have received in tulum.

I tried a delicious mezcal cocktail (and I honestly thought I disliked mezcal), the ceviche, and the lobster tacos after a recommendation from the staff at nu late night. The ceviches was excellent. The lobster tacos may have been a little heavy handed on mushroom and cheese, but were decent.

Overall a great experience. Carlos the bartender was extremely friendly and remembers everyone. Say hi to him...

Dined here twice now and loved it both times. Some of the best tacos on the beach, and plenty of other great options on the menu. Service excellent....
