Great location only went for some glasses of red wine and to chill and relax. I have travelled the world and cannot think of many experiences where I have been treated so badly and with such disdain and disrespect. Such blatant racism by the male waiters who only spoke in French, sadly many black people cannot frequent this place by the shock of seeing an English black lady. I was looking at the drinks menu and asked which ones I could get by the glass only to have the menu snatched from my hands and told I just want a glass of red with a sneer. As black people of course have no idea about wine and have no palette to decide what they want!!!!! My Spanish friend was appalled at the behaviour of these narrow minded little men but we decided to continue our night. Throughout the night this continued glasses not being taken from table questions not answered and generally supercilious arrogant behaviour throughout the evening. I paid the bill obviously not leaving any tip and left and turned round to see a group of waiters clearing my table laughing so proud of their little achievements. I would say go if your white they ll be tripping over themselves to give you the service they think you deserve don t bother if your a person of darker colour you will not be human...

BUG IN MY SALAD! Didn’t ask for extra protein. We stopped in for a rooftop eat and were disappointed. way over priced, rude staff. We didn’t have any alcohol either. The Caesar salad was made with the inner ends of lettuce, and saw someone else was given green leaves. They also forgot the dressing so it was a dry, anemia pile of beige! Then once dousing it in a makeshift sauce, a fly appears smushed to a piece of salad. Gross. We also had the prawn and noodle fried starter and there was just a single prawn in a parcel of noodles doused in oil. No effort to distribute. The spaghetti vongole had clams that were literally tinged with green and dry, and the pasta was just pasta with parsley, it’s like they didn’t even try to add simple things such as garlic. Service was also slow, and when paying the man snatched my card out of my hand to tap it as I got it out of my wallet, he also tried to round up for a tip by tapping my card for above the amount but we had to think fast and shut that down. The view also isn’t even that nice. Please save your money...

My husband and I came to Marrakech for 3 nights total and each night we found ourselves at Cafe Arabe to wrap up our day with a fresh, cold, libation. The service was wonderful, each waiter was incredibly friendly and smiley. They all remembered us each night and would come over to say hello. The location of Cafe Arabe is wonderful with a full rooftop view. Its directly across from Jardin Secret so the view is lush, green, and gorgeous. We stayed each night for the sunset and the view did not disappoint. The rooftop also has cooling misters to keep you feeling refreshed and not overheated. There was a continuous lovely breeze also keeping us cooled. The beer couldn't have been fresher or colder and the Aperol Spritzes were well-made and refreshing. We ordered appetizers to share and each time they were delicious with a slightly different flavor tipping us off that they must be made in-house each day. Definitely our favorite restaurant in the Medina, when we go back to Marrakech we will 100% find ourselves back...

On our first say in Marrakesh, all I wanted was a cold beer and chill for a bit while soaking in all the the Life it had to offer. This place was tastefully decorated, quiet and relaxing while few steps away from all the hustle and bustle. Go to the upstairs lounge and enjoy the view! The view is not to die for but with the space and tranquility (and beer in hand), was one of the few precious moments we've enjoyed while in Marrakesh. Not too extensive on the choices and definitely not cheap. They will serve skinny bread sticks and olives as snacks. Service could be more friendlier but hey, we are not in Kansas anymore either. If you want to save your cash, they do take c/c.
