I searched for a place that had some lebanese food and when I found this place on google I was curious to try it as it looked very cute inside and pictures of the food looked appealing. Also rated 4.6 on google. We got there, loved the interior and the vibe. We got sat down, waited a little to be seen to but overall okay. Then we ordered beetroot hummus, hummus, falafel and babaganosh which came with bread. We tasted our food and realised that the hummus tasted off and nothing had salt. The falafel was actually quite good but then we got some bread to have with the hummus and the bread was hard tasted bad and smelled bad. We told the waiter and asked for fresh bread to have with our hummus. The waiter was argumentative and insisted that the bread was freshly made although other customers also complained of the same. We then got another bread which was worst than the first one and had obviously been heated in the microwave. We told the guy again that the bread was not good to eat and we wanted to pay for what we had and leave. He was rude and insisted that we pay for the food we never ate. Very bad costumer service and terrible food! not all you see on...

Yazel is an absolute treasure in Marrakech. The rooftop terrace alone makes it worth a visit—stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere that feels magical. Pair that with superb mocktails and you already have the perfect setting.

The staff are attentive without being intrusive, adding a personal touch that makes you feel genuinely welcomed. As for the food, it’s clear every dish is made with love and perfection—flavours that are rich, authentic, and beautifully balanced.

What makes Yazel truly remarkable is that it offers the cheapest meal in Marrakech, yet delivers at the highest possible standard. A rare combination of affordability and excellence that’s hard to...

Best babaganoush in town! Amazing food, stylish little terrace and very friendly staff. The motto here is "slow food" and deceleration. You have to take some time with you, Yazel takes its time for the food preparation - that's why everything is super tasty and freshly prepared. It's worth the wait. If you want a quick meal, you're in the wrong place. Here you can enjoy the terrace to chilling music and fantastic food. Savoir vivre or carpe diem. Everything is freshly prepared. The babaganoush is world class, the desserts fantastic. This was one of the best meals we had in Marrakech. So good that we stopped in several times for a...

We were looking for a cafe to have some hummus and pita and came across this lovely looking cafe from the outside. It’s a great place both in terms of setting as well as tasty great food. We sat on the upstairs terrace on the balcony overlooking the spa opposite and the street and it was great people watching. Very relaxing place. There are table on the ground floor inside and a few out on the pavement. We had pita and humus and some falafel. (Apologies that the food is half eaten in the photos - I was so hungry I forgot to take the photos before I started!) Service was efficient and good and staff were friendly.

This was one of our favorite restaurants in Marrakesh! We ate here twice! Food and service were great! Both times we got there and grabbed the last table available! This place is busy as it should be because the food is amazing. Get the pumpkin hummus!! I highly recommend! Also Every Thursday at 5pm (EST) I talk about my recent travels and creative pursuits while giving travel reviews and tips, interviewing performing artists who travel for work, etc.Check out my radio show All The World's a Stage on WDRBMedia via iheart radio, tunein app, apple music, etc. Insta: @ayanambey

Very good bohemian styled restaurant in the middle of the medina right next to the secret garden. They have a good variety of starters, mains and desserts and a special tip are their mocktails. They are all really flavourfull and not too sweet, the perfect refreshment after a hot day in the red city. The rooftop terrace is a bohemian styled oasis between the roofs of the medina and overlooking the busy streets. The food was really delicious and everything was beautifully arranged. For sure one of my favourite places in Marrakech!
