Ace Lounge Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

Right... I’m making a bold statement here. This restaurant serves THE best chicken curry I have EVER had!!

I attended this restaurant twice whilst in Kathmandu. The first time I went I ordered the non-veg daal bhat. Within the dish was a small portion of chicken curry. The taste of this was sensational!

I visited the restaurant again a few weeks later and ordered the chicken curry on its own, along with butter chicken (shared amongst a group of us). Again the taste was phenomenal. I had to pass on my compliments to the chef!

If you’re visiting the area and fancy Indian cuisine, I highly recommend this place...

The restaurant is too expensive compared to other nearby restaurant in Thamel, also with hidden charges (10% service + 13% VAT) plus from the menu rate. Food was only normal and not very tasty (we had thakkali) and the staff served the food and didn’t bother to check if anything else required.
