We really appreciated the service and the place but when it came to Drinks I will say that you can still make improvements because they were not meeting the standards of the palce and the pricing. A normal cup of Americano was expensive compared to Himalayan Java and thought it might be better but the instant the coffee was served on the table, I found out that it was just the regaar Nescafe coffee. Ordered a second round of drinks that seemed to take forever and after finishing them with still no Mo Mos, asked for the bill. No idea how much longer that was likely to take so I went to the counter where thay couldn't locate the EFTPOS machine. After locating it and finding it had flat batteries, I was asked to climb the stairs to the charger only to find it can't deal with NFC Google pay and asked to accompany them to the ATM. Had to demand a discount for the poor service and got offered 10% and paid cash with no apologies for delays or the general confusion. Rude, disorganised and unapologetic staff...
