Unfortunately it's unlikely the staff will read this, but to the man who manages the tills and interactions with staff - may you feel the karmic weight of your stealing from customers who just want to eat.

Completely disdain for tourists and sense of superiority is best way to describe the way staff treat customers. I genuinely thought the man was playing a role of slightly irritated and even played along with the little Jibes he would makes as frankly I had enjoyed myself in the coffeeshop few doors down.

However he assumed I was an easy mark - he refused to take card, made me pay last cash I had and put the remaining change in top jar. He then thought because I had blood shot eyes he could laugh along with a colleague thinking I'm a idiot, which shows lack of EQ.

The final straw was when I needed to head to NY pizza to get my wife's choice I asked directions when I was waiting for food to prepare and he loudly exclaimed 'its anywhere but here I don't care"

IF he does read this, may he feel the curse of losing every single euro he fleeced from people and may he be treated the way he treats his fellow man.

Location is top. Very strategic location. Big space for group and the service is quick and friendly. The food is okay but nothing special, but price is high, especially the drinks.

However, it only deserve 1 star due to the dishonest and shameless owner. Firstly, he refused cash payment saying it's not possible for big amount. But agreed to card payment after a while. Yet, he added 10€ surcharge because of "big amount" order, and worse later he pressured me to give them another 15€ tips. I'd gladly tip them for the attentive and quick service, but the 10€ automatic surcharge is a robbery. Frankly, quite a shame for a Muslim to act like this, to rob from another Muslim. The price is already high in any case.

I will definitely consider other options first If I'm coming with a big group. For those coming with big group can also consider other places if you don't want to be robbed by the overly greedy owner. May he repent or at least...

I dont want to give them even a one star they are the rudest guy i have ever met at a resturant. They dont even know how to talk to a customer. We have order a sandwich kebab menu and a doner menu they have given us raw chicken we have took a bite and complain that the doner is not cooked well and it smells bad . And that men on counter start yelling at us that we know how to cook its ok you can eat . We just paid for the food and left the food there . Because it was not able to eat . He didnot even said sorry and didnot even said that i will change the food . Afterall we have paid . 🤬😡 .
