Captivated by the store's theme and because of the human craving for sugar, we bought some candy back in July. Based upon the two different price tags along the many candy barrels, we put the candy into two different bags. However, at the register, the employee billed both bags with the higher price. This obvious fault was handled very badly: First of all, the employee refused to respond to our situation. Instead, he was very rude and rejected to have a look at the different price tags. We contacted customer support after the issue and asked for an explanation or at least an apology. Note that we did not ask for a refund or financial compensation! Sadly, more than six weeks later, we're still waiting for a reply. Finally, this issue seems to be systematic. The employee claimed that he couldn't even register two different prices in the system, and still the shop clearly labels several candy barrels differently?! With hindsight, I'm smelling fraud instead of candy,...

This was unbelievably disappointing. From our experience we were ultimately robbed and very disappointed with the candy and pricing for what you get. 4€ for 100g is a rip off. All of the candy was basically hard and stale with little to no flavour. Also, I want to briefly mention that the employees were bribing us to give 5 star reviews in exchange for a box of maybe 5 tiny outdated and expired candies. I am straight up frustrated aswell as disgusted. Do not go here unless you want to be scammed! This whole market is a scam. I cannot stress this enough. This is daylight robbery. How is this allowed? Please do not go here, you will loose all your money. 😡😡 if you actually want good customers and reviews, lower your prices and expand the options and freshness.
