Today is Greenday — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I decided to have lunch there as I had heard great things about it. The restaurant part is quite big so I decided to have my lunch in. I ordered the salad, which is good and tasteful. I actually wondered why (at 13:00, lunch time..) the entire restaurant was empty and unfortunately I quickly realized why. When eating in, you receive the same service as take-away: your food is served in a disposable box and disposable cutlery which is very unpleasant to eat with. I asked for real cutlery and the girl responded that this is the only thing they have.. This place focuses more on the product than the guest experience and if they don't change that soon, they won't...

Terrible, terrible service. We arrived at the shop at 8:22 PM, and their closing time was supposed to be 9:00 PM. Then how could they just kick out customers like that before their own closing time?

If they had wanted to close earlier, they shouldn’t have asked us if we wanted to dine in or take away (orrrr, just simply fix the information on Google Map I guess? 🙃). I clearly said “To eat here, please,” and she also replied “Okay,” but she just wrapped everything when we were about to pay and then told us to leave....

Very disappointing experience! We arrived at 20:25 and asked to dine in, but our food was packed for take-away instead, without telling 🤷🏼‍♂️. One staff member even sighed and made an annoyed face when she heard we wanted to eat inside, even though it was still 25 minutes before closing🧐. The salad smelled spoiled, vegetables were soggy, noodles partly uncooked, and I even found a stem in the dish 🤢(see photos). Very poor service and bad food!! Avoid this place...
