A Rip off Korean BBQ place in terms of quality and quantity. Dishes are just Ok. Nothing special and not better than other Korean Restaurants.
Ordered a Set menu for 2 cost $106. Menu picture for set is misleading when it comes to the amount of meat. Picture shows a lot of meat on plate but be aware of actual grams they put in. When food came out, we were shocked with the amount of meat. One standard size of rib eye steak and 2 thin slices of beef on a plate. Another plate is a piece of Rib.
Also a Kimchi Pancake from our set menu is just Oily kimchi seasoned batter and onion. If you want to order that kimchi seasoned batter and onion, it costs $22.
Also ordered an extra fried chicken for starter for my kid and it is not that great either. When not hot anymore, it became hard to eat.
Generally we like dining out for good foods with fair price but here is not.
Sorry, will never come back again.
Note: We came two people and ordered set menu for 2 people. Not 4 people as the...
Read moreI and my friends were very disappointed by the staff and the quality after ordering $200 much food. The menu plate clearly stated that side dishes and seasonal vege are included in the price for BBQ ($36/200g), but a waiter has refused to provide vege unless we paid extra for the vege. I argued, and the waiter said that they meant that vege was used to make side dishes and the phrase on the menu plate was wrong. If the menu plate was wrong, they should have fixed it.
Beef rib was not properly marinated resulting in tough texture and very plain taste.
Waitresses were not properly trained. One of them was touching food while serving food, and another tried to bring another set of side dishes/sauces.
Purely, not recommended this restaurant, especially for the prices and quality,...
Read more🍓: Maybe a touch biased as we've loved these guys since they ran Gang Nam, our favourite Korean restaurant. But literally every single thing on this menu is perfection. Especially the fried chicken - 11/10 (get a plate of each type, trust me).
✨️: KBBQ always has such a fun atmosphere to it, chatting with friends whilst cooking up your own meat and sipping on soju. Who doesn't love that? And Jiggle is no exception to this. Their staff are incredibly friendly and wonderful people, and they have buttons at your table to call them over, so their service is extra exceptional.
