McDonald's Riccarton — Restaurant in Christchurch

Good morning, I entered your store at approx 8.50am in the hope of purchasing a large coffee. I noticed there was a deal with a hash brown for an extra $1.40, this would bring my McDonalds experience to $7.30. Now that you no longer have tills I tried to find this amazing offer on the Kiosk machines. You will probably see me on the security cameras going backwards and forwards to the counter and Kiosks trying to find it. Quite simply, you were advertising it, but the Kiosk didn't have it installed. So I thought I'd come to the counter and see if someone would serve me as you were "here to help" with the Kiosk system. One thing that stood out, and I say stood, because that's all she did, was the manager standing their trying to keep her for arms warm over a large hot chocolate refill packet as if it was some sort of hot water bottle, good form, well done, at the counter for all to see. Everyone else was busy sorting out drive-thru which seems to be norm at not only this store, but your other flag ship store in Merivale. I know, what you are all thinking... "It's only a $1.80 difference who cares." Yep, and you guys get a bad review over $1.80. No one came to ask what my query was about, then a middle aged woman shows up with her bag, I gather from drive-thru as she came into the store with it. I figured then the Manager would be at this stage cradling the hot chocolate sauce like it's her own, so I left and tried for your other store in Westfield Mall advertising McCafe. 평점 1점도 아깝다. 시큐리티 개같은년 인종차별주의자 새끼. 동양인이라는 이유로 말 좆같이하노. 진짜 역겹다 인종차별주의자야. I was in Mcdonalds to have something. I sat crossed legged on the chair. And one female security came to me and she said 'FEET ON CHAIR' and her pointing, voice her facing were so aggressive. First i got offensive manner from her language. She was able to say 'do you mind? Or can you?' like this. She could also let me realize what is wrong with me. But it sounds like she commanded me. And after i saw her doing to deal with the other customer who has problem I ended up piss off. (I cant understand the reason ive done was wrong so far. I didnt even put feet on the chair i just sat crossed legged and feet were under the chair. It didnt stand out nobody cant tell it.) Even though I realized what i did but i did it again. Just because i gave her a chance to say it again. But she was more aggresive than before. I ended up tell her what she did. I said you re so rude. But she didnt accept what i said. She just ignored and kept her saying. She was like 'I told you 3 times TAKE YOUR FEET'. And i tried to make her understand how i accepted her word. But she still ignored and she left. I had a surprisingly confrontational meeting with an older lady at the counter with my children after having ordered my meal via the self-service machines due to having a couple of monopoly vouchers to make it easier to lock in our order over the noise of the bustle. Once I got up to the counter the first thing she said on handing over my number "you're not allowed that meal, it's discontinued", no welcome. Then she complained I had done the order via self-service when I had vouchers (which the machine said I could use) and then rejected my order on the account I had 6 tickets to redeem. (Remembering we actually had to purchase McDonalds in order to obtain the vouchers, we're essentially saying we've done a lot of business with you)

We ended up receiving a grease covered cheeseburger, but the fries were hot and clean. We finally also managed to get a Fanta after repeating myself 3 times.
