Sesame Noodle & Dumpling — Restaurant in Christchurch

Ok let me explain what actually happened, so you and the customers reading this review are aware of what happened. I came to your restaurant to pick up the Uber order at 9.30pm. The staff member was very unprofessional. I collected the order I was picking up. While I was on my way to deliver this order I received a message from Uber “that someone else was driving my Uber” I then returned to the restaurant to show him my face to match with my ID. I was not aggressive, I was however upset that this false allegation had been made against me when all I’m trying to do is work hard to provide for my family, which this could have been taken away from me with your false allegations. In the future if you are unsure ask people to remove their mask to make sure the ID matches, as people can lose their job over this! You have cameras in your shop, so if you could provide the footage to Uber, I would be more than happy so they can see it is actually me which was also confirmed by your neighbouring restaurant. Next time you go and leave a 1star review..make sure you give all and the correct information, without failing to state...

Have tried a few bowls of ramen at this place, and my go to now is the spicy miso ramen. The broth is fantastic, probably the best I have had in Christchurch. Curly noodles are good, nice and firm, but could be a tad chewier. A nice array of toppings, you get a full egg (so stoked that it's not a half), char siew, menma, nori, sprouts and mustard greens all as standard. char siew is good (not fantastic), they use really thin fatty strip kind. Overall good...

Very disappointed. I ordered from here over a year ago & the food was delicious. Chicken was succulent with ample vege. I ordered again tonight & only got three pieces of very dry chicken & little vege. The dumplings were stuck to the packaging so I had to tear off pieces of cardboard to eat them. Not sure why they have lost their love in producing good food. But hope this message reaches them to get back to the...
