Black & White Coffee Cartel — Restaurant in Christchurch

My husband and myself are loyal Black and White Coffee customers We visited the Oxford St cafe today. We sat for 50mins with previous customers dishes on our table which we had pushed aside.There was 3/4 staff in attendance and the only person appeared to be working was the Barista I ordered 2 cheese rolls which were cheese and Pineapple not traditional cheese and onion. We decided to eat them anyway however they were both warm and my husbands cheese had not melted and cold. My husband spoke to the barista just to say that the rolls needed more time to heat /cook through. He did not take the roll back nor did he complain.The Barista spoke to the 2 young girls passing on my husbands message One of the girls raised her eyebrows shrugged and spoke to her colleague. I have been enjoying my coffee whilst writing this Feed back tables round me have been tidied and wiped but unfortunately dirty dishes still remain at our table. Use to really enjoy going here until last weekend. I was extremely disappointed by the customer service and food quality as I ordered a corn fritter and waited 10 minutes or more to be told that the other staff member gave it to someone else that ordered after us, they then said I can choose something else so I chose bacon egg pie and they served it to me on a plate without any sauce or salad side and it was extremely soggy and then I found a hair in it, so I returned it and they said they would get me a new one then I waited anther 10 minutes or more and they delivered it and again super soggy and wet from the condensation and started eating and then it was absolutely cold in the middle of the pie. Have Recently Discovered this Cafe. Lovely Atmosphere, Engaging staff, Great Art work and my Personal Fav the Door going in. Excellent Coffee, my Friends who are Picky, Picky with their Coffee were impressed with the Speed of its arrival and the Flavour. The Food Cabinet a wonderful display, covering Gluten Free. However I did have a small Bug Bear... My Cheese Roll up Came Heated via the Microwave, Sadly a Bland Blob of Nothingless... Yet the Week before the MOST DELICIOUS BAKED POTATO which Lends itself to being Heated in a Microwave... On that Particular day we were Late and the Staff were VERY ACCOMMODATING, With Some Wonderful Edgy Back Ground Music, not to Loud but appreciated. Johnny Cash and Metallica come to mind.
