We have ordered from Dulcie's twice and they have always given us generous portions. Last time, I even received an extra bit fish when one piece was too small. It all tasted fine. It is a good establishment. However, both times we needed tea towels to wipe our hands from the amount of grease coming off the food which shows it was either cooked too cold or just not allowed to drain properly, (a common occurrence with fried food in busy shops.) It is not the end of the world, but I still find it unpleasant, hence the 3 stars. I am willing to try it again one day and perhaps will have a...

Very disappointed by the fish n chips meal we had the other night. Thought a cool little fish n chip shop so close to the ocean would have excellent quality food. Tiny fillet of Gurnard?? (Not sure it actually was) about the size of a finger in tough chewy batter, no sauce on hot dog the only reason I'm giving 2 stars was the chips were not too bad. Overpriced, slow and unappetizing, lots of people had items missed from their meals while we were waiting for our order. Don't like to give a bad review but this was the worst fish n chips...
