Cool little place, I can see that this place gets busy during lunch time, great location and friendly service. - Truffle mushroom toastie 9.1/10 It's so simple but done so well. Strong truffle oil smell, possibly white truffle. Their 3 cheese blend they use is really nice too, definitely mozzarella in it. Toasted perfectly, they know what they are doing. Need more mushrooms, though - Pork belly toastie 8.6/10 The ginger sauce was amazing. The workers said a few ingredients go into making it, but I'm not complaining as it goes well with the pork. Its like the pork is shredded. Be nice if they were pork slices. - Rump steak toastie 8.4/10 Couple slice of beef, the right amount of cheese and spring onion, and has that ginger sauce. - Old-fashioned lemonade 8.5/10 Need to stir before drinking. It's very refreshing and not oversweet. Must try place.

As Covid-safe diners, we were pleased to see some tables and chairs set up streetside so we could try this place. The service was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Our coffees, his a flat white and mine an iced mocha, were good and served promptly, with our toasties close behind. He tried the pork belly toastie and found it a bit odd; he also didn't like the red cabbage garnish. I thought the garnish was a nice touch and ate both portions, though a good dill pickle would be even better. I enjoyed my mushroom truffle toastie, but the onions were left off. The silverware looked a little dirty. Despite these issues, we'd probably return if we were in the mood.
