Really really really bad customer service. We came on the 4th Sep 2019 at 7:30pm and got served by Michael. The first time, when I was making my eftpos payment, he put a stamp on my loyalty card and asked me if I wanted to use my bottle as I brought my own. I said YES. Unfortunately, the eftpos machine was down. He didn't even tell me about it and wait until I inserted the card, put in the pin number and got declined, then he "nicely" said that the machine was broken the whole day. Ok, so I looked for an ATM machine nearby, walked there under the rain to take some cash out. The second time I came back, 10mins later, I made my order again with another girl working with him on this shift. He "kindly" reminded the girl that he already put a stamp on just then and asked her not to put another one again. Ok, good job, that's fair enough. When I was ordering with the girl and successfully made my payment by that same eftpos machine (It was amazingly working well 10mins later after I walked the whole way to take my cash out), then he actively prepared my order without asking me if I wanted to use my own bottle (eventhough I put my bottle on the table in front of them and he already knew about it 10mins before, trust me he's still young enough to remember my face at that time), then I got my order in their plastic cup. After I asked them why they didn't use my bottle, well, NOT A SINGLE SORRY, they offered to open the plastic cup and move the drink to my bottle. What's the point of doing so? Wasting another plastic cup? Well, after all it's not a good experience that night and we didn't enjoy our drink much (btw 50% sugar seemed to be 75% and more). Won't come back to this franchise again. To the manager, please look after your staffs and train them...

Yes, this is nice bubble tea, but unfortunately bubble tea is possibly the most wasteful take-away (or dine-in) as everything is plastic plastic plastic. Furthermore, they are still not accepting reusable cups - I was told "when it's not Level 1 anymore." Level 1 IS THE NORMAL LEVEL. Not level 1 anymore will be when the border is open and there is no more covid in the whole world. All other coffee shops and take-aways accept reusable containers now. Trying to reduce in any way I can, I then asked for no lid. There is no way to communicate this to the person making the drink so she put the lid on anyway. Even though I tried to stop her, she then ripped it off and pour the whole thing INTO ANOTHER CUP. My one drink used TWO plastic cups and a lid. Where is the common sense and even a modicum of awareness at how wasteful bubble tea is??? Gong Cha shops in Japan have reusable cups for dine-in (it's a government requirement); but if the infrastructure exists, which is this small step not...
Read moreWorst experience ever in a bubble tea shop. I said hi to the staff and she didn't even say anything. Instead, she asked for vaccine pass while I was still with my mask on.... that's reasonable but rude. Then I ordered a 3j with no ice. However, I still saw the staff put half cup ice in my drink. I tried to stop them but they ignore my request. "The tea is hot and it needs ice to cool down. Does it make sense?" That's how the staff replied. Oh well, I still got a iced drink at last.... seems like there were too much ice to cool down the tea... BTW, tea, there's no such thing in your drink, as what I saw through the reception, there's nothing but power....i was blamed in front of people because I expected no ice in a non-iced drink... i asked if they can make another one with less ice but they refused. Then I asked for a refund and they refused too...I'm still waiting for their manager's response because of a 6.10 dollars drink. Finger crossed that I wont waste my money on this rubbish shop.... Let's don't call them bubble tea shop, let's call...
