Pita Pit Newmarket — Restaurant in Waitematā

I ordered catering for our corporate office on Monday the 12th to be ready for collection at 11:30am on Wednesday May 14th. Catering was for wrap platters (15 wraps total). When I arrived at 11:28am to collect the order they were aware I was collecting at 11:30am. They did not advise that they had not yet started preparing the order, no apology or communication as to why. This was for a catered team meeting which I needed to have in the office by 11:40am. I then had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be made and no communication or apology was made. If you cannot offer catering services I would suggest not offering the service as this is not the first time I have encountered issues. I was not very happy with today's service, the pita was not worth $9.90. It was all okie till the point I paid and selected the veges, cheese and sauce- it all went wrong when it went for toasting and the pita got ripped on the top. The guy toasting it grabbed another pita and transferred half the filling on to new pita, leaving half the melted cheese with some veges and sauce on the ripped pita in the rubbish. It all happened infront of me and the guy pretended as if it never happened. My pita was really dry, with barely any cheese on it, literally half the size of what went under the grill. What a disappointing place for breakfast. When I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. I spent nearly five minutes calling out before the worker finally appeared, wearing headphones. As I looked at the menu, he walked away without saying anything, forcing me to call out again for several more minutes. When he did return, he still had his headphones on and was talking on the phone while taking my order. The lack of basic customer service was frustrating and unprofessional.
