Friend booked a private room for birthday and was serviced poorly. We have a 3 year old kid and asked for a high chair but was told there was none. 2.we have 12 people and the table can only fit 10 people so we asked for smaller chairs then was told there was none. If only the staff have told us in a nice way we wouldn't bother to leave this review, but the staff was quite rude. When new dishes are ready, their staff fling the plates onto the table which caused the soup spilled onto our clothes. One of us went out and told the staff that he should place the dishes properly on the table, but was responded that that's how the way the restaurant does as it was quite busy. Half way through the meal the manager came in and asked us if we like to switch to a bigger table and we've said yes please, however we've waited for an hour and we never got swapped to a bigger room. I sincerely ask the owner of the restaurant to review the way they do business, as well as the business practice. We will never attend this...

The serving speed was very slow and the staffs were very rude. It took me an hour to wait. No one gave me menu, I asked for mean twice. After waiting for half an hour, there was a hair on the meatballs (I was not going to say it on the Internet because I think runing a new restaurant is a hard work , I want to give them a chance, so I didn't take pictures) I complained to a waitress , she took it away said they would give me a new one, and I can see clearly that she was very unhappy, I was very confusing, shouldn’t she say sorry to me? The waiter was very unprofessional and rude as well. I said I wanted to pack my food, again, I asked twice, he just threw the box on my desk without a word. I was very happy to go, but somehow I was treated like this. It’s the first time I rated it online, I even didn't want to give them a star, I was treated rudely from beginning to end without an apology or explanation. My friends and I are not going back, and definitely will...

This place used to be a great place to dine but tonight was a huge disappointment and we will never go back again.

Ordering was very difficult as only one of the staff could speak basic English. Everyone else had to get the google translator when taking orders, even asking for a fork and spoon was a mission.

Because of the above, one of the main meals were missed.

Between 5 Adults + 4 Children, we ordered 6 main meals including a two course Peking duck & rice. We sat down and ordered at 6pm and the last meal arrived at 8:15pm. It took far too long between meals and most of the time everyone was watching the meals go cold.

Overpriced and portions are very small. Our kids were hungry after the meal and had a proper dinner when we got back home.

No apologies from the manager/owner. Even after admitting to their mistake for missing the order, we did not receive an apology.
