Peppes Pizza - Oslo S — Restaurant in Oslo

Bad customer service. Stopped here at a quiet time after having looked around for a quiet place to eat dinner. Ordered a pizza and sodas to eat there. A minute after getting our food, the waitress came by and accused us of ordering takeaway instead (the sales tax is less). She was insistent they could not have misunderstood. I couldn't care less about potentially saving a few kroner on pizza. I have worked in customer service myself and this is not the way to handle a situation like this. Will not...

Nothing against this store specifically but peppes in general never fails to disappoint. They pretend to be American inspired and that just makes me hope people dont think this is whats in America. I would compare pizza quality to CiCis pizza buffet in the US if that ... It has a decent pizza hut dine in feel and all of that at absurd prices. Ive ate at many different peppes due to social gatherings ... Ive left disappointed every time ... Best bet is maybe some grilled chicken...

Seems like a normal rush during my visit. 2/3 of the restaurant is filled. The clean up after guest is horrible. Dirty dishes and crusts stays long after guests have left. Guests tries to move stuff out of the way them self as there is no room to sit. As said 2/3 is people the rest is just dishes, etc.
