“When Norway meets Japan… and gets a little lost along the way”
We went to this restaurant attracted by the promise of sushi, ramen and pokéballs made with exceptional products. On this point, there is nothing to complain about: the ingredients are fresh and well prepared... but then, the Japanese interpretation is, let's say it, innovative.
Special mention to the “pec citron” sushi, which sparked an intense debate at the table: should we eat them or submit them to a laboratory for analysis? Ramen looked like a Nordic soup on vacation in Japan, and pokebowl seemed like it was having an identity crisis.

Read moreJust perfect place! Nice Atmosphere, Very friendly staff, Fast service, clean. The food looked fancy and was really delicious and fresh. Maybe its not really Authentic food, but still its High-quality and tasty. We ordered: ramen with different kinds if seafood - its big portion with big pieces of fish, Very tasty dressing; halibut sashimi; rolls with crab, salmon, avocado and other stuff - 8 not small pieces with special sauce (they are quite expensive but they worth every krone!) and i even didnt want to use soy sauce Though I usually dip a lot 😁 Im quite sensitive to quolity of food, so usually don't risk a lot with new places with raw fish, but my stomach in this time was completely satisfied)) Will definitely visit this place again! Many thanks to the staff: the administrator, the waiter, the chef, you made our evening! 👍 But notice: place is popular so better to book...

The food was exceptional, making excellent use of locally sourced fresh arctic fish which is some of the best in the world according to gastro fish importers in Japan. The prices will sting a little as they always do thanks to Norway’s exchange rate, but the friendly staff, well constructed sushi platters, and tasty crab Raman were even better than we would have hoped for in such a remote location and successfully satisfied our sushi cravings...
