The positives: the food was all quite good. A lot of different flavours and well presented. The not so positive: We arrived at 12 pm (they open at 11 am) and got to the counter just after 1 pm and probably took about another 30 minutes until it was ready. Now I am accustomed to waiting in line for over an hour for good food, so that's not my complaint. The issue is we didn't find out that some of the dishes were sold out until we got to the counter. The main dish we wanted was the sashimi which was sold out as well as 2 others. In saying that, there did only appear to be one wait staff and she was doing her best to clear tables and serve and was quite efficient. She could only take orders as people collected their food due to the sheer number of people that day. The fish flavour in the battered fish was quite subtle, the batter definitely dominated the flavour, and it was a nice batter. I ended up peeling it off to eat the fish (my partner saw someone else do the same thing). The guy preparing the takeaway said that this has been their busiest week in a while. He also mentioned to someone else that they haven't been getting their daily delivery and was unsure why. Another staff member said to a woman, if she wants the sashimi dish she really needs to come at 11 am. I think she must have tried the day before too. Their takeaway menu is limited and you can't order of the main board, just what is in the side counter. Which is understandable, this isn't a negative more of an FYI to people who are thinking of jumping the queue. All in all it was a nice meal and the staff did what they could with the large number of customers. My tip, come when they open, have someone grab a table while waiting and be prepared to sit next to other people. I give the food 5 stars but my overall experience is a 4. They needed to communicate more....

If you're serious about seafood, Dragoy Coastal Mathus should be at the top of your list. This place is all about quality and freshness, and it shows—especially in their salmon sashimi, which is melt-in-your-mouth amazing. It's sliced perfectly, super fresh, and has that clean, rich taste that only top-tier sashimi delivers.

The rest of the seafood menu is just as impressive. Everything is well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly handled with care. Whether you're in for oysters, grilled fish, or sushi, you’re likely to leave happy.

That said, the biggest downside is the crowd. It's incredibly popular (for good reason), but that means finding a table can be tough. If you're planning to dine in, be ready to wait—or come early. Otherwise, ordering takeout is a solid backup plan.

Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for seafood lovers—but not the best for a quiet or spontaneous dine-in experience.
