KUSHKA Restaurant provided a warm and comforting welcome on our first day in Cuzco, which was especially appreciated as we battled altitude sickness. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff were attentive and accommodating.

The highlight of our dining experience was undoubtedly the opportunity to taste alpaca, a unique and delicious local delicacy. The chefs at KUSHKA expertly prepared the dish, showcasing the flavors of this Andean specialty in a way that was both satisfying and memorable.

Despite our initial discomfort from altitude sickness, the comforting food at KUSHKA helped alleviate our symptoms and provided a much-needed respite. From the flavorful alpaca dish to the hearty accompaniments, every bite was a delightful journey through Peruvian cuisine.

Eat here! My son and I were in Peru for two weeks and had several great meals (and some disappointments) around town.

Then, we found this place. We wished we had found it sooner! It was one of our very favorite meals!

The owner, César, was so kind. He was busy chatting with tables, and then was helping a man from Boston track his iPhone for an hour and a half, translating, using his restaurant’s ordering iPad to “find my phone,” and more. When I pointed out that this was exceptionally kind, he just said we have to help each other, right? Good human.

Best restaurant in Cusco, that we have tried so far! Definitely recommended - whether you're visiting or living here, let me assure you that the exquisite cuisine we have just savored is truly a rare find. It's not only the impeccable presentation and generous portions that stand out, but most importantly, the remarkable and exquisite flavors. Indulging in these dishes has become an essential experience when in Cusco, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Aslo I would like to mention Edwin for his excellent service and attentiveness... The dishes were all very tasty - Tallarines Verdes con Lomo are juicy and incredibly delicious. The Pasta con Asado is delightfully creamy, and the asado simply melts in your mouth. As for the Alpaca Ras el Hanout, it has a smoky and flavorful sensation that lingers on your taste buds.
