Service was incredibly slow. We were told 20 mins, but food took over 40 to arrive. The waiter told us our meals would be more than what was on the menu (strange). Despite sign everywhere saying they took card, we were told they didn’t meaning we had to pay in cash. We ordered with specific dieta restrictions but still got fried cassava. Had fresh mushroom soup twice. Both times it took very long for the soup to arrive, but each time it was great. The young man who waited my table both times spoke fantastic English, and had an impressive work ethic for a 17 year old. Prices were reasonable. Upstairs balcony is the place to take your meal... Prices are about the same as all the other restaurants on the boulivard. Food is good and service is average. The view is great and the entertainment from the boulivard makes it a good place to kill time. If you want to just watch and not interact they have a second floor overlooking the river...
