Once you enter, you'll smell the awesome aroma of baked oysters. We got the 12 pieces with different variants, and here's our take: Aburi Baked—this is our top 1. Bursting with fine flavors, it's a pleasure for the palate. Garlic overload—it's really overload, literally. It overpowered the taste of oysters already. Chipotle oysters—they're just fine, bacony, and have a hot flavor. Nori Butter: This is our second-best; it's on the sweet side. Rockefeller: This is our third best; it has a subtle saltiness. Three Cheeses with Bacon—this is also fine, though it's really cheesy. I like their sisig oyster, crunchy; it's mayony though. It's good to pair these oysters with their Sapporo Draft beers (they have a 2+1 promo). Their local fresh oysters are also a must-try; just consume them immediately after serving.

Absolutely disgusting. Found a hair embedded in thecooked oyster! I was excited to try this Sisig Oyster dish-especiallysince it had a Grab Quality Picks badge. I trusted that sign meant quality and hygiene. Instead, I got served a health hazard. A long strand of hair cooked into the oyster. Not just on top-embedded. That means it went straight from the kitchen into the dish without anyone noticing or caring. This isn't just gross-it's unacceptable. And to think Grab endorses this place? Quality pick? More like quality check failed. Never ordering from here again. restaurant didnt even offer a full refund since gran will only refund you to this one order we order 3 dishes after finding this hair we will not eat the 2 dish.

This was my first time dining at 2nd Street Oysters in Makati, although we often order from them through Foodpanda or GrabFood. The space is quite small and can only accommodate a few diners, but it feels peaceful despite being right by the street. The interior is cozy and relaxing, making it a nice spot to enjoy a quiet meal. The oysters are impressively fresh—you can really taste the quality. I also love the variety of flavors they offer, which makes you want to keep coming back. It’s a plus that they have sampler options so you can try different kinds in one go. Our favorites are the raw oysters and the triple cheese, and today we discovered a new one we’ll definitely be ordering again: the Nori Butter.

been seeing ads for this on instagram and became interested.

generous serving size for its price

taste wise, the three cheese baked oysters and baked scallops were more on the sour side than i expected. i was expecting it to be on the saltier side. it was ok. oysters were at least fresh.

pasta servings are generous. shrimp pesto lacked flavor for me, but i somehow felt umay quickly. needs more shrimp.

my partner liked the truffle pasta

the resto had a 10% service charge which i think is too much for the vibe and service. our food arrived after 30-40 mins despite having only 2 other dine in customers in the place. maybe because they had lots of take out orders and were short-staffed around this time. but the waiter was kind to acknowledge the delay.

we also saw some pests crawling and there was no vibe (ambient music was a random playlist from cellphone speakers). the place is small, around 20sqm for dining area so it can get pretty loud when everyone...
