Extremely slow service. We ordered at 9:20PM and received our wings almost after 20 minutes, and the burger that came with it after another 20 minutes. What's more ironic is that there were no people when we ordered, and yet other people who ordered after us got their food first. Staff are also extremely rude.

Die verschiedene Burgers haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Rindfleisch-Pattys sind immer frisch gekocht und haben bisher das gleichem Konsistent und gutes Geschmack. Das Geschäft benutzt sehr wenig einzelgebrauchte Waren... also nur noch diese kleine Aufgussbeutel von Ketchup, zum Beispiel, oder wohl die plastisch gefütterte Papier-Verpackung für das Starving-Sailor-Sandwich, welches auch besonder gut geschmeckt hat. Für den Veganer/die Veganerin gibt es das Vegetable Burrito und, natürlich, die bekannte Pommes Frites. Man kann einfach wahlweise alleine oder mit einer Gruppe dorthin. Es gibt auch tolles schwungvolles Musik manchmal... Das das Geschäft 24 Stunden geöffnet hat ist ein Superbonus!

Unlike other branches, the hamburger patty here is dry and hard, if not grainy in texture. Last time I was here (a day prior this posting) I had to request for my patties be re-cooked, hoping to improve its taste, without expecting anymore that it would be juicy actually, BUT to my dismay, I was not satisfied and got myself stuffed with quesadillas and fries instead. No parking on-site. Service vary depending on community quarantine settings. Staff are attentive, handle food cleanly and serve promptly. I received my burger meal in less than 10 minutes. Food is great, which'd probably be my bias as I just love their burgers (regardless of number of patties), burritos (wrapped or otherwise), and liberty fries...
