I have passed by this restaurant several times but never tried their cuisine until now. I decided to order the Salmon Aburi Sushi, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The taste was exceptional, and I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. There are no further words to describe its excellence.

Moving on to the Gyoza, I found the taste to be superior to many other ramen stores. The flavors were rich and satisfying, leaving me thoroughly impressed.

Next, I tried the Katsudon. The katsu itself had a tender and crispy texture, which enhanced the overall taste of the dish. Additionally, the portion size was quite generous in comparison to the amount of rice provided. However, if you opt for this set, the rice portion might be slightly lacking.

I must mention that I had read reviews mentioning long waiting times at this establishment. To my surprise, I only had to wait for 10 minutes before my food arrived, despite the fact that every table in the restaurant was fully occupied. I arrived at 12:20 PM, and considering the prompt service after placing my order, I found the waiting time to be quite reasonable.

Overall, my dining experience at this restaurant was exceptional. The flavors were exquisite, and despite the concerns raised in some reviews, I encountered minimal waiting time. I would highly recommend trying their Salmon Aburi Sushi, Gyoza, and Katsudon for a truly...

It was my mistake. It was a restaurant that had a “koku is strong flavor” but here “koku mean super strong taste.

seem to be confusing "Kokuこく" (flavorful richness) with "koiaji 濃い味" (strong taste). Based on me, are likely mixing up the meanings of "Koku”and "koiaji."

Koku refers to the richness and depth of flavor in ingredients or dishes. On the other hand, "koiaji “ refers to dishes with strong flavors and a rich taste, often intensified by saltiness.

In Japanese cuisine, the perception of having very strong flavors is not very common. Japanese cuisine emphasizes well-balanced seasoning and showcasing the natural flavors of ingredients. Excessive saltiness can indeed have negative health effects.

Japanese cuisine is characterized by using seasonal ingredients and seasonings to create well-balanced flavors. It is important to be mindful of salt content and seasoning while bringing out the umami of the ingredients to...

Went there around 7pm. The place was not yet full & the staff weren't too busy yet. So we went in & took our seats. We waited a bit for any of the waiters to approach us but no one did. They just passed by us a few times. They didn't even give us a menu. After a few minutes later, we noticed 2 people, who just came in, were given a menu and we were just there waiting for any waiter to approach and offer their menu. We were just ignored by any of the staff. The receptionist who let us in just passed us by 3 times & didn't even bother to check if we were already served. We waited long enough that we already got disappointed of their service knowing that ths place wasn't too busy. So we just decided to find another place to eat since we were already too stressed out & hungry. I hope next time, they'd make sure anyone who enters their restaurant will be attended. Sad that we didn't get to experience their food I was...

🌸Food - if you're craving for Japanese food and cuisine, you may want to check this place. They offer really good food. We ordered Samurai Maki (unagi, shrimp tempura, cream cheese, cucumber, and to top of with a 🥭 slice of mango 💛), Cheese Korokke, Miso Ramen and Butter Garlic Ika. I loved all of it but not a fan of their ramen. 💮Staff/service - the staffs are friendly and ready. They served our food at a reasonable time. They were checking on us if we need anything, well considering that we're only few. 🌸Place/Ambiance - I really like the ambiance of this place though it's a bit small. They also have a small private area where you can enjoy with your colleagues. But they still open that space to allow more customers to use it. They have comfort rooms here. 🌺 Recommend - 👍👍
