We ordered the food 3:09 am today because I am craving for burger so i ordered burger with fries and drink, but we thought that we need to buy another meal for the family. So we add 6pcs of chicken joy solo, we understand that the wait would be long since the only jollibee open is along makati area only. So given that we need to wait an hour or more to eat, we expected a good customer service. So fast forward 4:34 am the order arrived, unfortunately we received a terrible experience, the only jollibee experience I dont want to happen again. We have fries, jollibee regular coke that taste like water with a little amount of coke. Chicken that looks like the kind of chicken customers wouldn't want to accept, and take note no gravy! a jollibee chicken joy with no gravy? hell nah. And lastly the only reason why we ordered is missing "burger" so basically we need to wait again an hour and a half to eat what we wanted lol. Such an inconvenience specailly for kuya grab rider whose outside right now picking up the order again, and its raining outside pa! What a great...
Read moreJollibee in Valero located in the basement is a tiny branch have enough foot traffic for the workers within the block. The problem is not the service or the staff at the counter its the customers. To add insult to injury a crew even supports it.
You know there’s still social distancing and this tall male crew just even promotes it by making people stand so close to each other like the pandemic did not exist. C’mon now? Its worse when a group of employees in some office rolls in like they’re in a TV commercial that they’re loud enough to think people can’t hear them.
Solution: • In orderly fashion make that tall male crew get educated on the Health Protocols
• Put a sign “BE MINDFUL ABOUT YOUR VOLUME” because not everyone needs to hear your loud mouth or the videos you watch on your phone. This country is already to def enough to even hear themselves with all the noise pollution outside the...
Read moreI don't know why this branch is stingy about giving a big part chicken. I get having one leg for a two-piece meal, but THREE leg pieces?
I specifically requested for a bigger piece--one out of the three would have been fine--because I saw them on the waiting area behind the counter. Cashier even said yes to giving a bigger part.
This is the second time I've been denied a simple request in this branch. It was already past 8PM when I ordered so it is well past the dinner rush with just around 5-6 people queued up.
If you're craving for Jollibee, better hop to the next branch across Ayala next to Ayala North Exchange. Atmosphere and service is a leagues better than here anyway. Save your money and frustration.
P.S. Softdrinks were not available either. They demanded a switch to pineapple juice with a 20 peso additional despite not having...
