Hello, I just want to commend your male dining staff I don't know kung staff siya or siya yung manager. Kumain kasi kami after office hours mga almost 7PM na kami dumating. He really handled almost full tables, and there was even a birthday celebration going on. Akala ko nga may kasama siya na magseserve sa'min baka naka-break lang or what pero hanggang makaalis kami around 9PM pasara na yung mall siya lang talaga nasa dinning at nagse-serve. 3 lang yata sila eh. 2 nandun sa kitchen and siya na nasa dining, akala ko nga may lalabas from kitchen to help pero baka out of scope na ng work yun and hindi din naman ramdam na mag-isa siya kasi maayos siya mag-serve, mabilis siya mag-attend ng needs. Wala lang na amazed lang talaga ako kasi sa ibang branch n'yo naman kapag kumakain kami madami dami naman 'yung mga staff na nagseserve lalo dinner or baka holiday today kaya isa lang duty sa branch since close halos mga office dito. Well anyway maganda naman at maayos naman ang service kahit siya lang mag-isa and yung food masarap pa rin kahit kaunti na lang ang sauce. I wasn't able to get his name angalan naman makipag small talk pa ko eh siya na nga lang nagseserve. Actually, We've been eating sa shrimp bucket since 2018 first kain namin if I remember dito sa may ortigas and I remember the sauce being so rich that it could be poured over rice pero ngayon kaunti na lang, although it still has that umami flavor. We tried the Shrimp Skewers and the Beef Wagyu cubes. Both of these dishes were very tasty, and comes with multiple types of sauce, and you will surely have at least one favorite sauce. The serving size is small but enough for a serving or two of rice because the shrimp and beef have good flavor. Customer service may be improved.
