Iâve been a regular customer of Starbucks for a long time, and I rarely encounter rude or unkind staff. However, my recent visit to this particular branch was disappointing.
From the cashier to the barista, the level of customer service was noticeably poor. The cashier didnât greet me or acknowledge my presence. I had to ask if I could place my order because he was busy chatting with a colleague and seemed uninterested in assisting me. There was no âthank youâ or even a basic gesture of courtesy.
When my drink was ready, the barista called out a different name. When I asked if she meant mine, she responded with irritation instead of clarifying kindly. Again, no âthank youâ or warm interaction was offered. I was not even given a tissue!
This is a stark contrast to the service I usually receive from other branches, especially the one I frequently go to, where the staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. To add to the concern, there were not many customers at the time, so I donât understand why the staff couldnât offer even the most basic level of service. Ironically, they seemed more engaged in loud personal conversations than in serving customers.
I hope this feedback helps improve the service at this branch. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way in creating a positive...
Read moreMy experience at Starbucks 6750 Ayala has been repeatedly disappointing due to the consistent lack of attention to detail from two specific baristasâJustin and Cabs.
They do not read the orders written on the cups. As a result, my drinks are regularly incorrect or incomplete. It has reached a point where it happens every single time, without fail.
Justin, in particular, routinely hands me drinks that are half done. Sweeteners are missing. No stirrer. No milk on the side. Yet he still calls my name and considers the order âdone.â I literally have to ask for every missing itemâfirst the sweeteners, then the milk, then the stirrers, then the tray. Each time, he acts like the order is complete until I point out whatâs missing, step by step. It's frustrating and feels like dealing with someone who lacks basic common sense, let alone customer service training.
One or two mistakes can be understandableâbut this has been painfully consistent. There is clearly a disregard for customer requests and a failure to follow the basics of their own order process.
Enough is enough. Pay attention to the details. This isnât...
Read moreFrom an ambiance point of view, I can see why this Starbucks was rated so highly.
It is a beautiful location with even a second floor seating area!
However, service is where this place will be rated so low. I had to repeat my order 3 times. Once to the person taking the order, 2nd to the cashier. And 3rd again to the barista who couldn't get my drink right.
The barista doesn't read the orders on the cup and that creates frustration for the customer.
Also, customers who were behind me were getting their orders before me.
Perhaps there was new staff or they were too busy, but definitely exercise some patience when visiting this location as it will be tested!
I've been to this location far more times than u csn count and I ordered the same thing. But why do they still get it wrong every time??? I feel like a broken record having to repeat...
