Over the years, Aristocrat has successfully upheld its reputation for serving delectable original Filipino cuisine, a legacy that stems from its founder. During our visit, we sampled the savory hototay soup, a comforting dish filled with rich flavors, alongside their renowned pork barbecue, which was expertly grilled to perfection and infused with a delightful marinade. We also enjoyed the grilled chicken served with fragrant Java rice, a wonderful combination of tender meat and aromatic grains that complemented each other beautifully.
No meal at Aristocrat would be complete without indulging in their iconic halo-halo, a refreshing dessert brimming with an assortment of sweet ingredients and topped with creamy leche flan, as well as the irresistible Torta De Los Reyes Cake from their in-house bakery—an absolute must-try for dessert enthusiasts. The bakery itself offers a unique twist on traditional treats, featuring a diverse range of cookies, cakes, pastries, and the beloved ensaymada, each crafted with care and attention to detail.
While the service we received was generally good, there is potential for improvement to enhance the overall dining experience. The dining area is relatively small, but it’s cozy and welcoming. Additionally, the second floor houses a dedicated function room, ideal for private events and gatherings, making it a versatile choice for both casual dining and...
Read moreBad customer service. Dont attempt to make a reservation because they clearly will not note it down. I made a reservation 2 days prior for 8 pax. I even followed up to update the reservation for 10 pax. then they called to confirm it 1 day before. Only to arrive at the restaurant with no reservation under my name.
Worse, they even made it seem that I made up making a reservation in advance. Made my parents wait outside instead of offering a seat. Im especially angry at the guard and the ladies at the reception. The way they talked as if its my fault that there was no reservation and did not even offer a resolve. “Walang reservation sir eh”. I kept my cool and talked with them. and luckily, there was a space for 10 pax and it was a hassle to change venue with so much people waiting.
We enjoyed the meal and eventually dinner went well. In fairness, waiters are nice. But I cant make the most out of the experience because of the messy welcome.
The ladies at the reception and taking orders are a mess. My observation was confirmed because when we got out of the restaurant, there was another angry couple getting out complaining about the messy ordering and lack of system.
I guess, dine with...
Read moreFirst of all, we love the Aristocrat. Food was excellent. But this particular branch, we will never ever visit again, and we will never recommend this even to our worst enemy. Great tasting food is a big part of being a restaurant but taking care of your customer is a bigger part, ironically, nakalagay pa sa note ng restaurant na sabi nila "they treat their customers just like their grandchildren" kawawa naman pala ang grandchildren.
We have heard that they indeed have long wait times for the food but we were very very patient because we were looking forward to excellent food that is worth the wait. We patiently waited for more than 90minutes that is 1.5 hours and guess what? Only for their staff to tell us our main meal was not available. During that 1.5 hours, we just shared the available food while waiting for that main order, only for this to happen.
It is one thing waiting for 1.5 hours for food which will eventually be rewarding BUT to be told 1.5 hours after waiting that the order was NOT actually available is bottom level customer service! Take this as constructive feedback because sayang naman ang reputation ng Aristocrat.
Taking care of their apo does not mean...
