Jollibee — Restaurant in Pasay

Me an my wife have placed the order at 20:14 , it take few minutes to get the order but without the burger , we were given the beeper so that will leta know when the burger is ready to pick it up. Almost 30 min passed and the burger was not ready, my wife already finished her meal as I told her not to wait for me as it will get cold and just to finish her meal, I finished the fries and the coke but NO burger, so I went on the counter and asked to speak with the manager , it took 3-4 minutes for the staff to find him as they all looked very confused, in my mind it was like they don't know who's the manager . Finally he came out from somewhere and I explained him what is happening and like dropped from the sky there was my burger 😔, the most disappointing is that they didn't even offer to refill my glass of coke, only I'm sorry does not help the situation when I'm so upset and my night out with my wife is destroyed ( we do like to get messy eating burger from time to time ), very purely training for the staff and especially for the management in that store and they should at least offer a side order wit their...

I was here on Saturday morning. I rate this fast food cheap not because of their price, but in how they cheat customers. I ordered a jumbo-sized fries. There's not a lot of fries left in the bin, the manager scooped fries that did not even reach the edge of the carton with some long fries sticking out. He used thongs to take out 2 long fries that was sticking out after "weighing" it. This is not the first time I bought jumbo fries from jollibee so I know what it's supposed to look like. There was a long line that day and he might have done it so the remaining fries can make 1 more serving. I was tired from my shift that day and I wanted to treat myself to some fries and tuna pie. I was so dismayed by the manager's behavior that morning. I just didn't have the will power needed to say anything that time. If you have extra cash and you want to eat out, do not eat in this cheating branch of Jollibee. The amount of food you get should never change no matter what branch you go to because the value of the money we pay them...
