McDonald's Nb150 — Restaurant in Pasay

Dahil siguro 24 hrs ang mcdonalds, sobrang nacocompromise ang service nila. I remembered we dine here last december and it was my bday so, very memorable for me. I was serviced by a girl who was really, i felt that not in the mood to be in the service that time. Maybe she has a very big problem but that's not the case, she has to be at her best everyday. Anyhow, i let it passed it's my bday yow! Then, i received my order and i got my chicken that looks really old and dry soooo... I have to talk to the manager and tell them what happened. He tried to replace my order but i refused. Afterwards, we keep on eating here because mcdonalds is the only fastfood chain nearest my place and we don't have much of choice. But then, we keep on receiving unusually bad services. Thanks though to some staff who keeps on striving and giving good service to us. Even just a smile (a real one) will make a big difference. I can't seem to see anyone smiling here and most of them are only smiling and laughing when joking and talking to each and one of them inside the counter. I’ve visited the McDonald's Villamor branch many times, as it's close to where I'm staying, but I continue to have negative experiences with the service crew. The staff are often rude and unwelcoming, which puts me in a bad mood during my visits.

Recently, I witnessed a concerning incident where a child, who appeared to be having dinner with his family, was shouted at by a service crew member for simply making a request. This behavior was completely inappropriate, especially considering that the child and his family are valuable customers.

Additionally, I remember a specific incident with a staff member named "Rose" who had an attitude when I was there to enjoy some ice cream as part of my cheat day. To make matters worse, I noticed that the name on my receipt was not hers but someone else’s, which left me wondering why.

Never thought I'd leave a review for a McDonald's, but maybe it's been a while since I've seen such fast service and produce a great product. 9:30am on a Saturday. The place is very busy but not packed. My order took just a couple minutes to prepare and it came out perfectly. Nothing over-cooked, messy or soggy.
