Starbucks Newport Mall, Newport World Resorts — Restaurant in Pasay

Poor Service and walang consideration sa PWD I was discriminated First I was truly Happy Going there Beautiful Yung Place and very Relaxing We went there multiple times na and madalas is yung mga staff there was truly offending me I remembered so well I forgot to bring my PWD but i have my pic on phone and shown it to the employee And He said na they needed the actual which is They can see naman yung information and i worked in a 5 star hotel we considered naman yun as long as its valid and nababasa naman at nakikita ang picture na ikaw talaga yun, so after that time na pupunta ako there I have this trauma na Bumili kasi I have to think if nadala ko ba or not since Nag stand by ako there every one hour break ko, so ayun kapag alam ko di ko dala decided not to na lang 🥹 which is nakakaasar dahil im Starbucks lover

Then yesterday we went there and there’s a priority lane there so Since i have my pwd there with me I excuse na pumila and shown my pwd ID sa cashier named Miguel and may line naman but not totally much but what is the sense of putting priority lanes if its not given to them right? So i even asked the lady next to me na pwd ako so that i can skipped the line but the Guy Named Miguel was quiet rude to be by saying na Sir Excuse me but look my senior din doon but nakapila with ID and i was totally shocked kasi for me napahiya ako why is that then ? Some guests heard it well and how does he predicted na yung nakapila was senior and also it my fault now na she doesnt want to use the privilege line for us? And she is accompanied by someone fourth in the line . So why i have to be compared ? And besides napapansin ko na he doesnt want talaga to take my order because i skipped the Line he was annoyed but where’s the respect there? For pwd And i suddenly want to right my review over to this matter so I asked if they have any Trip advisor and the Lady who wore black shirt asked that they dont have one , and asked me if there is something wrong ? And i was truly surprised na sasabihan ako agad na something wrong? But okay i let it pass until that girl went to my sit and asked me that if its about the counter happened? Clean and relaxing ambience hence no wifi and socket available! Kinda disappointing. I ordered 2 vinti size of hot coffee and a new york cheese cake. They offered a complimentary drizzle of chocolate, strawberry and caramel. I picked strawberry and I wasn’t expecting that it’s actually a soup not just a drizzle! Food, service and ambiance was good. The only thing I dislike about this branch is their outlet since it's hard to reach. Another thing, for the laptop users (especially with mac or those with heavy charger) won't be able to charge their laptops properly because the outlets are slanted facing downward and the charger will surely fall off.
