Food is okey. Nothing special but is okey. The kare-kare and baby squid are good but the only one I liked is the green mango shake. Lumpia, and tokwa’t baboy were the usual taste. They accept credit cards including AmEx during payment. Crew are thoughtful but need to work on attention. Maybe at the time of visit, they are understaffed so it’s understandable. The atmosphere was outright noisy and the open bar where drinks and shakes are prepared is irritatingly loud. They should move that preparation part in the kitchen. Water glasses are weirdly wet when they serve it at the table as if they were recently rinse but not dried. Interior is okey but nothing worth attention except for the world-wide locations. We recently dined at Gerry’s Grill and ordered their Tinolang Pampano and Palabok. The food was delicious and flavorful, and I truly appreciated that they accommodated my special request to prepare our dishes without MSG.

What stood out even more was the excellent service. When a small concern came up with one of our dishes, the chef and staff, especially Joel, were quick to address it with professionalism and genuine care. Joel went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and even offered to replace the dish, which we greatly appreciated.

I've been eating at Gerry's ever since, and experiencing this opportunity to make a review from the staff is nice. The food did not disappoint me as always and I've red about their provided 7 steps of Service Cycle list, and according to their list, there are some that did not fulfilled especially the moment we were taking orders but overall, their duties still executed well by how the staff were very friendly and easy to approach.
