Food order arrived 90 minutes after we placed it - and we got all sorts of lame excuses. One was traffic (but we are like 3 blocks away...) then the rider could not find our location (so he could have called and asked for directions...and by the way Shakey's never needed to ask) then that the rider is new to the job (so maybe they should have advised us at 30 or 45 minute mark so we would have been warned).
And to make it even worse, we could not track the order in their website (because some branches are outside of their tracking program). The confirmation email had a wrong number (7 digits). There was an email address, which when we wrote to them for immediate action, when they replied they only said they will tell the branch to call us.
And what made me want to post this 1-star review is that the email did not even apologize...is that so hard to do?
If this was Shakey's, our meal would be free.
And if this was Shakey's, we would not have paid P480 for half-pound of wings which is just 6 teeny pieces. And not even full wing pieces okay, because they split the wings into 2. So we got 3 of the meatier leg part and 3 of the part that looks like a checkmark. Why won't they just say 6 piece wing? That half pound description got me, but...

Is it too much to expect that knowing they are running late, the store will call to warn you? Especially since their system has so many flaws?
When the food eventually came, the pizza was soggy and crust much thinner than we remembered (we did not order thin crust) that it could fly away.
And the final straw - they did not give an official receipt. They said they only provide on request!?! BIR do you know this, and are you okay with that?
I had to write 3 emails and send out 2 text messages so they will finally deliver the official receipt.
And in case you're thinking they would make any amends... zero effort...they just sent the receipt and nothing else, not even specks of...
