Absolutely horrible service and rules in their restaurant. We were a family eating in this restaurant with a mainly ala carte menu and a KBBQ promo. 2 only wanted to eat their unlimited KBBQ. As we experienced no problem with this in other restaurants, we expected it'd be no issue in this one but, we were wrong.
We were suddenly told that we cannot avail of the Unlimited KBBQ because all people at the table had to avail of it. We asked why and what we'd do if one did not want to avail of it and their Assistant Manager, Joy, told us that individual orders cannot be shared but we could sit at different tables just so 2 of us could avail of this KBBQ and the other would order ala carte. It was ridiculous and very disrespectful to suggest or tell a family to sit at different tables just to avail of their food.
Just as a warning to others before they go with their families to eat here, don't avail of their KBBQ if not all of you will eat it. Not only that, please be wary of this Assistant Manager as she refused to apologize for telling us to sit in different tables and let her employees take the fall for...

Silla is spiraling down to oblivion. It is NOT the SILLA we know a few months before.
Service is so bad even there are only 4 active table including us. We asked if we could have the aircon turned on but one of the waiter said "linakasan na po namin yung isang aircon eh" One of the customer even left after waiting for more than 45mins unattended to. Same experience we had a staggard serving time from 50mins to 1hr30mins for a bibimbap and noodles jjamyong the jjamyong brown colored noodles TASTE THE SAME AS LUCKY ME BEEF NA BEEF, WE JUST HOPED WE GET TO A GROCERY STORE AND COOKED IT FOR OURSELVES RATHER THAN HAVING IT SERVED THE LAST 30 MINS OF DINNING OUR STAY after several customers leaving due to the heat, THEY FREAKING TURNED ON THE AIRCON WE ASKED TO BE TURNED ON EARLIER. Nicely done. Lastly, when we REQUEST FOR WATER, THE WAITERS KEEP IGNORING OUR REQUEST? DO THEY WANT US TO...
Read moreWe tried out this Korean restaurant and we were not disappointed. Their bibim naengmyeon (cold and spicy buckwheat noodles), which is quite hard to find outside of Korea, is very nice and is almost as good as the ones in Korea. The noodles are firm and springy while the sauce is sweet and spicy. Their sundubu Jigae (soft tofu stew) is full of meat and flavor, definitely a must try. Their mulmandu (steamed dumplings) are nicely cooked and served with flavorful Soy sauce. We also tried their kimbap and samgyupsal but both are just mediocre. Not bad but also nothing special. The restaurant ambience is nice and the design is new and modern. The place is very well maintained and clean as well. We will definitely come back and dine here again, maybe next time we will try their other dishes because I saw some interesting stuff in their menu while I...
