I have always admired Via Mare's consistency in the food they serve. However, we were very disappointed with the Timog Avenue branch.

We had 3 orders of Pancit Luglog and the minute the waiter put down the food on our table, we were all shocked. The servings were very small and there was hardly any luglog sauce and garnishing on each order. And true enough, after mixing the pancit and the sauce, the mixture hardly had any colour. After tasting it, we were all one in saying that that was not how we remember Via Mare's Pancit Luglog. We thought that 2 orders were split to make 3.

Then a latecomer ordered another Pancit Luglog. And as if to confirm our suspicions, her serving was bigger and had a generous amount of sauce and garnishing. When we brought this to the attention of the waiter, he said their Pancit Luglog was pre-packed from the commissary. That still does not mean that 2 servings cannot be divided to 3.

We also ordered some "shooters." We waited so long and when we followed up, it seemed that the waiter did not place the order.

I am a fan of Via Mare and I have eaten in many branches. This is comfort food for me. And as I said, I have always admired the consistency of the quality of their food. Well, it seems that once in a while, a...

Very disappointing experience. Will never go back to this branch ever. I get that its Father’s day and staff was overwhelmed but they should have prepared better.

Food came out cold, either prepared hastily or dispatcher was so behind it got cold sa pass. One of my orders did not arrive and didnt even followed up since other tables were following up their rice and drinks and it was taking them forever so I didnt bother. We finished our meal and asked for the bill I informed them that we did not receive one of the items charged, the normal thing do is apologize ask if you still want it and if guest said no to remove it from the bill, but normally you remove the item instantly after checking if it wasnt really served.

Mind you this was all after we were done eating and all, but the audacity of the server to have us wait another 10 min (i thought they were voiding and correcting the bill) and then serve the missing item and when told what nonsense it was the server mockingly replies ayan na po yung order niyo.

Please re-train your staff. That is not how you treat...

Not worth the money. The brewed coffee was, without exaggeration, just plain bad. Adding sugar and cream couldn't save it. I ended up asking for hot water. The Sirloin Tapa meal was disappointing. The meat was tough. The atsara was the stingiest serving I've ever seen accompanying a Pinoy breakfast meal. Even the garlic rice was disappointing. Overall, it was the blandest* Filipino silog breakfast I've had. And look at the badly crumpled napkin that came with the utensils. Goodness.

This is my second visit here. The first visit was disappointing as well. My complaints then were the cleanliness of the table/seating near the airconditioner and the bangus dish. I did not bring it to their attention -- it should've been obvious already. I thought maybe that was just a bad time for them....

Very nice restaurand. It screems luxury but the food is affordable I think. I mean, for their service and the amount of food and the taste of food and event the place it’s very nice that you will feel like the food will be expensive but it’s affordable. The place is really nice and the food are really delicious. I love their palitaw. It’s big and really soft. Their bibingka is the best! I think it’s a nice place to eat with your family.

The ambiance and staffs are very accommodating. First time to eat here because I'm looking for a restaurant that isn't fast food because I'm with my sister and wanted to feed her something healthy so we found this and the size of food is great and it taste good too. My sister loved the the foods I ordered. For the price it's okay since some restaurant price is not accurate to their food serving. Will be back again!
