Wendy's - Fiesta Carnival Cubao — Restaurant in Quezon City

This Wendy's branch may look old and a little worn out but it is reliable and always open.

It's open 24 hours everyday, serving dine in customers, take out customers, and a lot of food delivery guys. Its so popular in delivery apps that there is a platoon of food delivery guys just waiting outside of it at all times.

The staff here are very efficient and the line (there is almost always a line here) moves fairly fast.

The items in their menu are always in stock whenever I come in. I don't remember any time that what I wanted to order was not available.

Their menu is very big and diverse compared to McDonalds, Jollibee or BK. I particularly love their non-chicken sandwiches such as their shrimp sandwich and their new chicken sandwich. They're both delicious.

Although my wife says that the chicken sandwich is too salty for her taste, I thought it was just right. I really like that the sandwich has some veggies. It goes well with the chicken.

The shrimp sandwich is my favorite and its perfect for the Lenten season's no-meat Fridays.

I like the fries here. They have character. hehe.

Of course their burgers are really good too, albeit a little more expensive than the other chains.

They now have a 1 liter bottle of iced tea for less than 100 pesos (around 95 pesos if I'm correct), and many people were ordering it.

I haven't tried their breakfast offerings but they look interesting and only Wendy's is offering such items. You cant find anything similar in other burger chains.

Food is great. But I had a bad experience here of being disrepected as a customer.

Since they operate 24 hours, I understand how busy they can be. However I felt disrespected when their people at the counter seem so distracted, without realizing they actually have a customer in front of them.

Yes I was at the counter, stating my order, but their staff seem so unattentive, interrupting my words several times because of something irrelevant to my order. I found them laughing, and seem to be forgetting I’m in front of them waiting for them to acknowledge my order. Like they are drunk or I’m invisible.

Imagine standing there in front of counter where the crew listened as I say my order, then suddenly laughs because another crew is beside her, and a senior crew at that. Over a minute passed and they seem to have problems with the register and they forgot that I was still in front of them.

I was so disappointed I walked out. They were laughing like I didn’t matter.

During my stay at Novotel Manila Araneta City, I was thrilled to find a Wendy's conveniently located right across the street. I've always believed Wendy's makes the best fast-food burger, and I was eager for my girlfriend to experience it.

This particular Wendy's exceeded expectations! Both the burger and the chili were fantastic, boasting a delightful spiciness. I was especially impressed with the chili, which packed a much more significant punch than its U.S. counterpart – and I absolutely LOVED it! To top it all off, I indulged in an Ube Frosty. It was so incredibly delicious that I found myself wishing it was a permanent fixture on Wendy's menus back in the States.
