Ermitaż 2 Restauracja — Restaurant in Krakow

Very unpleasant service. 2 months ago when I came up there and at the entrance asked whether I can use bathroom, waiter told that no but after the moment he told to pay 5 zloty. Also when I told that I'm 6 months pregnant and asked why they don't let people from the street to use the toilet, he started making sarcastic jokes that I don't look like pregnant 😳 I felt very embarrassed because of the fact that I have to prove my pregnancy to someone. Of course I payed 5 zloty and after that it turned out that on bathroom's door was the information that price is 1 zloty 🤷‍♀️ I can't imagine how such people can work in...

We really wanted to like this place because it’s just around the corner from us, and there’s something charming about the retro style. But it’s pretty much just as bad as we expected…The pierogi was ok, but everything is overpriced, which makes it more outrageous when they add a service charge to the bill. This is even when you have to place your order and collect your bill from the bar…

Seems like the only people who eat here are tourists who don’t realise how many better/cheaper options there are 2 mins away...

Unfortunately not as good as I expected. I tried the pork in another restaurant and was hoping to get a similar experience but this pork chop was full of tendons rather than meat. Even though the pork itself was relatively cheap, you have to order each side individually and that ends up costing the same as other places anyways. Flavor is ok but would not...
