First of all, there was no Wi-Fi available, so we were not pleased with the service. Considering the prices, the service and food were not very good. We also found the food service to be lacking in care—we had to get and set our own cutlery. The ambiance wasn’t bad. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat in Hamburg, look no further than this place. The food was absolutely delicious, service was amazing and overall experience was absolutely fantastic! Also the portion sizes were great, so you don’t feel hungry after leaving. Staff were so nice and friendly and very helpful! They even gave me a free Turkish tea and some baklava which were both very delicious and unexpected.

I was very disappointed with my visit. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable and very hard to sit on. I politely asked if we could have a cushion or be moved to another table with softer chairs, but I was told that only big families were allowed to sit at those tables. This felt very unfair.
