I gave 1 star because -100 isn't allowed. The worst experience in Poznań so far. We ordered a burger, fries and 3 pizzas (2 prosciutto and 1 carbonara), only the first part of our order was served and after a few minutes we got informed that the 2 missing pizzas got lost. We patiently waited and what we got were a medium raw prosciutto and a complete raw carbonara pizza. Once the waiter approached us, we brought to her attention that the pizza was raw and not edible. At this point her attitude, already rude and disrespectful, got even worse. We stated that we wouldn't pay for the pizza and she could bring it back to the kitchen, at this point she mentions that today was just her 3rd day and the order got lost, so she had to beg the kitchen to do once again the pizzas. At this point we asked a manager that could help us with the issue, she laughed at us and left. After a few minutes another waiter (blonde girl) approached us asking how we wanted to pay and we addressed that we had an issue with the pizza. She would tell us that there is no way as we ate half the pizza ( we took a picture of it, just a slice and half was touched. Enough to make my friend sick). Not only did they play and disrespect us but they also tried to fraud us refusing multiple times to call a manager. At the end l, seeing how the situation escalated the first waiter came back accepting to remove the pizza from the bill. All of this could be avoided if they politely apologized and got us a manager as we had a good time until then. I do not recommend eating in this place as the food is really low quality and the staff disrespectful towards customers.

Not sure if they are underpaid or just hate their jobs, but the staff should reconsider their career paths. On Saturday, we went there to dine in because it was late and they seemed to serve food. Big mistake! The food was deplorable. The bun for the burger was from medieval times, plus they "lost 2 pizzas" - literally this is what the waitress said, that she lost the pizzas and it is her third day working there. No excuse. The "2 lost pizzas" arrived later, and the dough was raw. Plus, one of them was burned on top and extremely raw in the middle. After eating one slice, it was left untouched because you couldn't eat it. The same inexperienced waitress was extremely arrogant and trying to laugh in our faces. We asked for a manager because we did not want to pay for the raw pizza. Instead of the manager, a fat blonde lady came who was another waitress, and she had the audacity to ask: "Cash or card?" We started arguing and raising our voices because she had the same arrogant attitude and was laughing in our faces. She left, and then the first one came back and said that we would not have to pay for the raw pizza. So at least there's that, but this was by far the worst experience in a restaurant in Poland in all my 10 years living here. Better starve than eat there and get sick!

Good food, if you have all day to wait for even a recognition of your existence. You need a reservation on the weekends or they won't let you in the door. We've come here a few times and each time the service has become worse. We waited 30 minutes before the waiter asked for our drink order, after we waved the waiter down. We waited for an hour for him to take out food order, again after javing to ask him to take our food order. We have now been sitting here from 645, it is 840 and we don't have our dinner order and he didn't ask if we would like a second drink. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this resturant as there are soo many other options on the main square to choose from that are more welcoming. The unaccomodating wait staff seems incompetent of their purpose in serving the customers. I've now had to ask the waiter to come to the table three times. His indifference to our requests was overtly apparent and, honestly, disgraceful. If I could I wouldn't even rate this with 1 star.

The evening started nicely, the girl serving us was very kind and nice, however her attitude would soon come to a very abrupt change when we told her the pizzas we ordered were raw and tasting bad, this after a very long waiting time.

We made it clear that it was not her fault, however one of us refused to pay for his pizza as he only ate a slice and started feeling sick from the raw dough. Her joking and pleasant behaviour changed into a condescending and arrogant one,

As a result, we asked for a manager, since we know she does not have the authority to decide on that. However, instead of calling her, as she said, she sent her colleague, that came to us very aggressively and asked "cash or card? Come on, cash or card". When we refused to continue the conversation without a manager present, she stormed away saying "I will bring the manager, and the security" 🙄

In the end, the first girl came back and "wrote off" the pizza "even tho you ate more than half" (we had proof that it was barely a slice without the crust), after many complaints, raised voices and threats, from their side.

Everything was also expensive, obviously unworthy.

This was the worst services, products and pizza in Poland, after 4 years of living...
