Where to start..

If I told you I had the best night here (Friday 30th August) I’d be lying to you. In fact This was one of the WORST nights of my life.

Below are reasons why’d I would even set thought in this place again:

1 - the food: Absolutely awful to say the least - if I’m being honest. We paid ahead as required and only had the prawn and salad type canopy things which by the way were dreadful; the outer shells were far too sweet with a cardboard like texture which almost made me vomit; and took quite a while for the horrible taste out of my mouth literally, after rinsing several times!

2 - The Staff: I have to say they were generally friendly and the entertainment was above average although they seemed to do absolutely nothing whilst this annoying and intrusive customer kept harassing me, my girlfriend and her friend in a snide and patronising way; as if he knew they’d do nothing, which they didn’t. After about four times I lost my tolerance along with my temper, having to raise my voice almost causing a scene. The doorman came over and barely said anything and what was even worse; in less than 10 minutes they let the rude and intrusive headache back in after I specifically said what he was doing! Overall the security and management were clearly stupid or weak or perhaps both!

3 - The Cost: Now, I’m from the UK where the exchange rate is pretty good and yes while supposed to be a quality establishment nevertheless, I felt this has been a complete waste of my money and time; both of which I’ll never get back. Again, having poor management doesn’t make it any better.

Also, they mention a dress code however, the guy who was bothering us wore basic shorts and t-shirt and I’m aware of the other construction yet informative reviews on Google about a dress code. None of this makes sense!

Oh and by the way; if you have a look at my “Google review history” I have never posted a bad review apart from back in 2022 (and that place was on the list of worst places too). I’m a very reasonable and compliant person who hardly complains about much.

As a whole, as you can probably tell this was far from a glowing experience so I do hope that something else much better comes replaces Angels in the near future, I know they won’t care so much as I’m not local I’ll be telling everyone I know not to go anywhere near it!

So my advice from this first and last experiece - Save your money and go elsewhere and I guarantee you’ll have great night.

The place seemed cool, we understood it wouldn't be cheap, I popped in for my birthday with a refugee friend who I only get to see once or twice a year and she has limited time to hang out. She was wearing the wrong shoes, so she couldn't come in. They had a dress code. I explained I was in town for the night, it was my birthday, and I wouldn't get to see my friend again. I asked how much it would cost to get past the dress code, I was quoted 10,000 pln. The man said he was the manager. I was told that was the rule. As we walked away, a bouncer offered a proposal, at that point I didn't want to hear it. 2500 dollars? Because of a stupid dress code? I wouldn't go here if...

В ночь с воскресенья на понедельник около 1:00 мы пришли небольшой компанией подруг — хотели зайти в бар-караоке, выпить по коктейлю, оценить атмосферу, меню и если понравиться- остаться. Все были опрятно одеты, спокойно себя вели, как нам казалось — соответствующе месту.

На входе нас встретила хостес, которая сразу предложила позвать администратора. Подошла девушка с каштановыми волосами (имени не знаем, но, надеюсь, по описанию руководство поймёт, о ком речь). Без приветствия, без элементарного “чем могу помочь” — только холодный, оценивающий взгляд с головы до ног, как будто мы пришли к ней домой.

Молчание длилось почти минуту, после чего мы вежливо уточнили: “Нам девушка на входе сказала, что вы расскажете подробнее про депозит и вход”. Ответ: “Бар или столик?” Мы: “Бар”.

И тут прозвучало то, от чего мы онемели: “Ну, девочки, только если по одному коктейлю, чтобы вы не перебрали и не начали вести себя некрасиво.” (Фраза передана в мягкой форме — в реальности слова были подобраны значительно грубее и унизительнее.)

Мы были в полном шоке. Спросили: “А мы что, похожи на людей, которые так себя ведут?” Ответ: “Ну, вы выглядите так, как будто уже где-то гуляли.”

После такого желания оставаться не осталось. Мы пришли спокойно, с хорошим настроем, в соответствующем внешнем виде и с намерением оставить в заведении деньги. А в ответ — унизительное, предвзятое и недопустимое отношение.

Если вы позиционируете себя как заведение высокого уровня, персонал обязан это подтверждать.

В чём именно была проблема — мы так и не поняли. То ли то, что не каждая из нас была на каблуках, то ли то, что рядом с нами не оказалось “платёжеспособного” мужчины :)

Никому не советую. Если вы себя уважаете — обходите это...
